Cloudy Slumbers - Original Resin
Hey everyone!
First Blog Entry of 2021! And first Original since I can remember when! I have been working so hard since the beginning of January, on my own original sculpts. It feels so good to finally have the first one ready for pre-orders!
And here she is! My first Cloudy Slumbers - “Cotton Candy” A white and pink ball of fluff resting her sleepy eyes in the softest of clouds.
"This shy little bunny creature can be found in wast cloud lands above Tomodachi Island. Here they spend their whole lives, playing and building the most impressive cloud structures ever seen. Clever little bunnies for sure! They are as light as feathers and don't nessecerily need a cloud to fly (or float)... it's just what they do... float in the air."
I’ve been working so hard to get these out to you, along with other resin Originals. Like the little bird, you might have spotted in my IG feed? The bird turned out to be quite a challenge and was supposed to be my first release. But I needed a little break from him and moved on to my slumbering bunnies instead.
I’m sure you want me to stop talking already and tell you when and where to get hold of your very own Cloud Creature. Well, well, well……. Tuesday the 13th of April @ 19.00 (London Time) is the date and time! And as per usual you can find them at my BigCartel store right HERE, which also holds a preview right now.
So be there on time as there will only be 15 of these available and I expect them to be gone quickly. There will also be a very special and unique NFT for this particular release which I have been working on for the past couple of days. It’s been a struggle to get back into Adobe After Effects, but I’ve had great fun creating my very first NFT! I’m so excited about it! Check it out below!
I am currently working on setting up an OpenSea Store from where you will be able to purchase my NFT’s. It is a whole new world to learn and I am doing my best to try to understand it with ALLOT of help from my other half. But it will be available on Tuesday the 13th along with the actual resin sculpture.
